How to Use Easy Roulette

Start drawing in three quick steps — no sign-up, no install required.

  1. Enter your entriesPress "Edit entries" and type what you want to draw. You can set 1-100 entries (up to 30 characters each), or paste comma- or line-separated text with "Bulk input".
  2. Spin the wheelPress "Spin" and the wheel starts spinning, stopping automatically after a few seconds. Prefer to stop it yourself? Turn on "Manual stop" described below.
  3. See the resultWhen the wheel stops, the winner is shown on the board. Press "Spin again" to keep drawing, or use "Remove the last winner" to redraw without previous winners. You can also download the result as an image or post it to X (Twitter).

Manual stop mode

Turn on "Manual stop" inside "Edit entries" and the wheel keeps spinning until you press "Stop" — great for stopping it together on a count of three, or building suspense on a livestream. The stopping position is random regardless of when you press, so it cannot be aimed.

Saving wheels

Press "Save wheel" to store up to 10 wheels in your browser, and reload them anytime from "Saved wheels" — handy for weekly duty rosters or your go-to party wheels. Data is stored only in your browser and never sent to a server. Note that clearing your browser cache may remove saved wheels.

Changing entry colors

Tap the round color button to the left of each entry in "Edit entries" to change that entry's color on the wheel. Press "Auto" to return it to the default color. Custom colors are also kept when you save a wheel.

Sharing results and image download

When the wheel stops, the "Download result image" and "Post result" buttons appear below the board. "Download result image" saves a PNG of the wheel with the winning entry shown — useful for keeping a record of the draw or sharing it in chats and on social media.

"Post result" opens X (Twitter) with the result text and this site's URL prefilled. Note that, by design, the result image is not attached automatically; to include it, download the image first and attach it manually to your post.

FAQ

Q. Is it free?

Yes — every feature is free. No account or app install is needed; it runs entirely in your browser.

Q. How many entries can I set?

Up to 100 (30 characters each). With many entries the slices get thin, so 10-20 works best for readability.

Q. Can I save my wheels?

Yes. Press "Save wheel" to keep up to 10 wheels in your browser, and load them anytime from "Saved wheels". Data stays in your browser only and is never sent to a server (it may be removed if you clear your browser cache).

Q. Are the results truly random?

Yes. Each spin is decided independently by cryptographically secure random numbers, with every entry equally likely. The starting position and stopping speed are random too. See "About fairness" below for details.

Q. Can I use it commercially or on streams?

Yes — events, streams, videos, and business use are all welcome. No credit or prior permission is needed.

Q. Does it work on phones?

Yes — smartphones, tablets, and PCs are all supported. Use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" to launch it like an app.

About fairness

This roulette decides results using cryptographically secure random numbers (the web-standard crypto.getRandomValues). Every entry is chosen with equal probability — there is no wheel bias or manipulation of any kind.

From random number generation to result selection, no logic favors any particular entry.
